Where do you suppose you’d find a Cream Golden on a Saturday morning? At the park? Running through fields? Well, if you were looking for Sadie, you’d find her at the Orange County Public Library Southwest in the children’s room of the library. She gets a lot of attention and, of course, belly rubs. The smiles on the children’s faces show just how much they enjoy reading to Sadie. It’s a win-win for all.
In addition to her library visits, Sadie is also in the final stages of certification with Advent Health’s Pet Therapy program so she can visit patients and staff at their hospitals and sponsored events, representing Hearts of Gold.
When Sadie isn’t doing therapy, she enjoys hiking with her mom. They recently spent a week in the North Georgia mountains. Sadie also attends daycare every week, where she has made a host of friends. What a busy girl!
A super “snuggler,” Sadie is always ready for a cuddle session. Not only does Sadie help Mom work from home, but she also loves taking part in Zoom calls. Often she has her favorite toy, a stuffed giraffe, with her during the calls. Picture that!
